Multi-way valve use precaution

1, before use, please carefully check whether the nominal pressure of the multi-way valve, nominal flow rate, and the function of the slide valve meet the requirements of the hydraulic system.


2, in the handling, installation, storage, do not impact and damage the exposed part of the slide valve.


3. The mounting plate and bracket should be flat, and the tightening force of the mounting screws should be uniform, and the multi-channel valve body should not be distorted.


4, when installing the valve external control mechanism, should ensure that the slide valve movement is flexible, no stuck phenomenon.


5. When installing multi-way valves on machinery with serious vibration, vibration reduction measures should be taken.


6. If welding is carried out very close to the multi-way valve, it should be prevented from splashing welding slag and damaging the O-ring sealing ring, dust ring and exposed part of the slide valve.


7, the working oil should be clean, the oil filtration accuracy is not more than 10μm. Oil pollution level: according to GB/T14039 of 19/16, the oil viscosity range of 10~400mm2/s, the temperature range is controlled in -20~80℃.


8. Correctly install the inlet and return oil ports. Do not: Enter high pressure oil into the oil return port to avoid damage to the multivalve body. The system pipeline should not be too thin, so as not to increase the pressure loss and cause the system to heat.
